Simplicity


My instructor ask if I feel hungry from cutting my diets.
Obviously, I did.
I drink water whenever I'm hungry.

For 1.5 months I realised that what we need to live is very simple.
I have made my life too complicated and now I am going the reverse way, for good.

When we said simplicity, we need to reconsider what we really need but not what we want.

Even the food that we eat, if that is to sustain our living or to fulfill our desire……

I never thought of that until I practically record down food that I intake daily and doing adjustment on my diets. It makes me realised that I've been eating emotionally to carved my desire on whatever that couldn't complete in life.

I have been "eating" my stress and other emotions, making life more complicated and deteriorating my health.

I paid a big price for a lifestyle that once I called it a "dream". Completing mission impossible and "collecting" failures along the way. Adding more emotions to myself because the reality doesn't allow us to fail.

I had learn more than fitness in this 2 months time to live a more simple life for my own good. Start from now and treasure every moment with the people I think worth spending. Do not take others too seriously as success or failure is by own definition. Others would not pay the bill for your failure and so does success. Do not take others responsibility on your own, if it is a teamwork, let the triumph and disgrace go together.

I have been knowing too much but the understanding is always defined by others. Until I got the chance to spend time with myself, my body and my soul.

I know this is a new journey and I have a lot of good friends to support me along the way. They are sincere and true……
